Watch this ancient ad (Windows looks ancient, the PC looks ancient, Ballmer's outfit looks ancient, but Ballmer himself looks the same as today... Dinosaur?) and tell me how this stuff runs on >90% of PCs today...

OK, I've seen this a dozen times and every time I am more and more convinced that there is absolutely no way these are normal commercials. I think they're one of those internal Microsoft videos, the ones with the weird humour that should have never - ever - been released in public.

I mean... who in his right mind would do a commercial with Stan the used-boat-salesman from Monkey Island?
